Personal information

We collect any information you provide to us when you complete registration forms on the website, apply via mail, meet us during conferences (photos & videos) or provide us with your details over the phone, for example when you register to attend one of our events or hand-over your business card to one of us.

The personal information you provide is only being collected for legitimate business purposes, which includes processing registrations, and providing the best possible service to you. All information provided by you will be held in the strictest confidence.

The personal data we hold is stored on Planadigm servers and on the servers of cloud-based database management services located in Europe. Planadigm retains data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with Planadigm, or for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested from us, the law otherwise permits. Security

We use a variety of technological and operational security measures to protect your information against any unauthorised access to, unlawful use of, and modification and destruction of any personal data we store.
