Pigment Partner Advisory Board
Last week Pigment hosted their annual Customer Advisory Board (CAB) as well as their Partner Advisory Board (PAB). Main reason is to bring existing customers and partners together to share information, bidirectional. Pigment sharing their future plans (Pigment platform roadmap, long term vision) and customers and partners providing feedback on specific topics.
As a longterm supply chain partner of Pigment, we from Planadigm were invited to join this session. It was our first time to be invited for this event and I can say that it was really worth the trip!
On Wednesday evening we joined together for a social meetup & drinks. Very happy to see so many familiar faces, especially as you know each other only from Zoom meetings. In a very relaxed and fun atmosphere we shook hands, joined conversations and had a good laugh.
Thursday we met again to start off with breakfast. We were presented a Q&A with investor Iqoniq and afterwards the Product Strategy Roadmap during the morning session. During the afternoon, the customers and partners were split into separate tracks. We dived deep into partner related topics and the feedback from partners all over the world was great. The Pigment team really wanted our thoughts, ideas and feedback to use that information for future growth.
We closed the day with a Q&A by Eléonore and Romain and afterwards a nice dinner at a rooftop bar in Paris.
On Friday we reconnected for a breakfast at Pigment’s HQ again and for me some additional meetings with Pigment employees. In the afternoon, time to travel back home, reflecting on all being said and the information shared. It was a couple of days fully packed with exciting news, meeting old acquaintances and network with the other partners and customers.
The future looks bright, the Pigment solution is becoming even more mature with exciting new functionality, allowing for more use cases to support true connected planning.
